I have worked with Bubba Heydt before and also with his uncles for many years buying vehicles. Most important to me is the integrity he provides and the low pressure. I refuse to buy from any high pressure salespersons as a matter of principle so when I found out Bubba was still in the business after his uncles retired and sold out, it was easy to know where I wanted to go. Dolce also helped us immensely as we were getting our vehicle all set up. She is very knowledgeable and was a joy to work with. She has such a positive attitude and we felt like she really cares about making us happy. Great experience overall.

Service was prompt and had my vehicle done on time. The only thing I would have appreciated is if the gentleman that checked me out which was a different person than the service writer that set up my appointment would have told me about the issues they found on my vehicle. I didn’t realize there was a radiator leak until I got home and took a minute to read over the invoice.

The service dept. was able to get my car to be serviced the day I made my appointment. It was completed very quickly (about 2 hours) after I dropped it off.

All the people we talked with were very friendly and helpful. It didn’t feel like we were being pressured to purchase a vehicle. Asked what we were looking for and then because there wasn’t one on the lot said give us a few minutes to see if we can locate one. Long story short a truck was found that I liked, then some extras I wanted were installed at a reasonable price.

Got the problem fixed.

LaVell was an AMAZING help. She really listened to me and didn’t try to push for anything I didn’t care for.

The service manager was great. He got me right in for an oil change and he treated me golden! The service was done promptly. I brought the car home and parked it in the garage. The next day when I moved the car, there was a large pool of oil under the car. I looked under, and oil was dripping off the oil pan and from a rubber skid plate. I thought the oil filter wasn't tight but with further inspection I found a pool of oil on the skid plate. I think the mechanic spilled oil on the skid plate. He might not have known that but it definitely made a mess. With 409, a rag, and a stick I was able to clean up most of the oil on the skid plate. With 409 and a rag, I got under the car and cleaned the oil pan and whatever else needed cleaned. The mechanic needs to watch a little more carefully. Thank you!

They scheduled me right away. I was greeted with care and taken care of upon dropping vehicle off. They called me with an update on things that might need serviced before performing anything. Tyler has been great every time we have taken our vehicle to get service. His team is amazing as well.

I had recall service done on my 2017 Traverse and it was taken care of efficiently and professionally.

They were super helpful. I was on my way home from AZ and had car trouble in Utah. It took a couple of days to get that fixed. Then, between Park City, UT, and Evanston, WY, the change oil soon warning came up. When I got to Evanston, WY, I checked the percent of oil life I had left. When I left on the trip, the car was at 65% oil life. Since I had trouble with the fuel injector already, I wasn't sure if this was part of that issue. I was also concerned that it went from 65% to 4% in a week, so I went directly to the first Chevy Dealer I saw. They understood my situation, that I was trying to get home after a very difficult road trip. They were able to get my car in for an oil change and a new engine air filter. They got everything fixed and got me on my way by 5 PM that day. I am very appreciative of the tech who was so willing to help me out.

Overall good , I think the sales people could be more knowledgeable on current offers and the parts people should be better informed on current promotions. Was treated very well buying process was easy.

The service manager did great at getting us fitted in so we could get our vehicle checked out. He explained everything completely.

I was charged almost $400.00 for an oil change and fuel filter. Granted it is a diesel and takes approximately 10 quarts. The sign on the service desk said $147.00 for a diesel oil change and I guess the fuel filter was made of precious metals because that was $90.00. I presented an email coupon from heritage Chevrolet for a $109.00 oil change plus a $10.00 off coupon which the service advisor questioned. After consulting with a manager they agreed to accept their coupon. I also had some GM rewards points that I zeroed out to bring the price down. After all said and done $194.00 for an oil change and filter. You may want to advise your customers of the hidden costs. That price you have posted is a fraction of what you charge. Poor business in my opinion. Needless to say, you lost a customer and I will share my experience with others.

Refused to repair items that failed. 30,000 miles on the vehicle and won't warranty the repairs. Will never purchase from this dealership again.

We've known Bubba for years and worked with him in the past. We just met Lavell and she's great, very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with what we needed.

It was a very pleasant experience. There wasn’t the normal high pressure sales pitch. The staff was helpful and informative as we had never purchased a Chevy before. We ended up buying a car the very first day we went! The sales representative was kind enough to go over the features of the car the next day as I wasn’t feeling well that afternoon.

They were good at getting me in when I was 10 minutes late due to a traffic accident. Only issue was the email I received was saying for my first service that I recieved oil change, all fluids filled as well as tire rotation. On arrival I was notified that they no longer do free rotations even though the email stated so. After leaving and checking the percentages on the vehicle they never filled the def tank. I would of thought they would do what the email stated. I would of only gave 3 stars but added one to 4 out of 5 for not canceling my appointment where I live a hour a fourty minutes away.

I called and talked to service and told them what was going on and what parts we had changed with the vehicle that I brought in then they proceeded to tell me that what was wrong was what I had already changed several times and also told them that it couldn’t be that And charged me over $170 to tell me something that I already knew wasn’t the problem and wanted to charge me $700 to change the part that I had already changed multiple times and for good measure went and changed it myself again while it was at the dealership and it still didn’t fix the problem, but now they wanna charge me even more to look at it again

Took care of my issue, in minimal time and under expected cost.

They were very friendly and extremely helpful in guiding us through our purchase. Made us feel very comfortable and we felt like family while we were there.

Not happy took them a week to look at vehicle, engine was then off, history said turbo. Bought extended warranty, insurance wouldn't look at it with engine light not on. They wanted to pay $2800 or more to fix😡😡

Worked with the warranty people good costumer service.

I drove 50 miles to have a recall taken care and they had the wrong parts. Said they would call when the new parts were in. 2 weeks later I call them and they said they had the parts. I drove back down there 15 minutes early and waited 2 1/2 hours to have a 15 minute repair done on my vehicle.

We were just passing through when our truck had an error message appear. Tyler, at Heritage, was very helpful in getting us into the service department immediately in order to run the diagnostics. We were on a tight schedule and he and his team did everything they could to get us back on the road as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of their work.

Started out as a customer and felt like I made friends after my purchase. Heritage folks went out of the way to help my through a difficult purchase. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wishing to buy a Chevy truck.

Had the oil changed and tires rotated took a little longer than I thought it would but it was done correctly

Robert and Tyler both agreed that the sensors were good on my vehicle, I kept getting a low tire warning on my dash. I had taken the car to have air put in the tires several times. (not at the dealership). They changed the oil and rotated the tires. So far I haven't had any issues. They treated me with the highest respect.
